After completing one of Jaynes Challenges to initially lose some weight my focus changed to getting strong. I went on to join her Online coaching program with the monthly zoom. My program was well structured and progressed every week, so I got strong without even realising it. The monthly zoom is great because Jayne could watch me perform exercises to ensure I had the correct technique.
Jayne’s friendly and personable approach resonated with me and being similar ages meant I felt like as a trainer she really understood what I was going through and haven’t looked back!
I’m down 5kg and lifting so much heavier, but the biggest change of all has been slowly coming off my depression medication for which I have suffered with for over 20 years. I will send you a link to complete a lifestyle questionnaire so I can find out more about you and the goals that you want to achieve.
I will then create a program based on the answers and goals that you set out in your questionnaire and time available to workout.
