Each week you will work with me in person with real time support and feedback, whether that's in my studio in Rotherham or virtually.
Online coaching through my training app and access to my Challenge Academy where I run all my online group challenges, with a fabulous community of people who will support you and keep you accountable.
Choose from one to three sessions per week virtually, or in my studio in Rotherham. If virtual you can do this from the comfort or your own or home/gym set up or even take me to your gym.
Whether you are seeing me face to face in my studio or virtually you can choose from 1-3 sessions per week. I will program you extra workouts if required to do by yourself at home or in a gym depending on the time you have available to train.

Stay accountable on a daily basis with posts, quizzes and interaction alongside a fun and supportive community.

I'm a qualified Personal Trainer with over 14 years in the diet and fitness industry, I understand the challenges you face.
I've lived in a body with fat, skin and bones and muscle "tone" so I know exactly what it feels like to be in the body of all 3, and the challenges each can bring. I've made the mistakes and now I'm able to pass on that knowledge and experience to prevent you from doing the same.
Unlike coaches promising unrealistic quick results, I focus on sustainability, guiding you to break free from the diet culture confusion and achieve lasting success.

Before you decide which option to go for, you will need to go through a one-hour session in person or virtually for me to assess your training ability to start your program and see if we are the right fit for each other.
I will take you through some movement patterns and discuss your goals.
When you are working so closely face to face, you have to be able to work together and this is a perfect way to find that out. I don't want you signing up to Personal Training and then finding out that I'm not the right coach for you or you're not the right client for me.
If we are both happy to proceed after your consultation session, then we are good to go, and you just have to choose the option that suits you.
Above are monthly subscriptions but if you would prefer to pay weekly then please let me know in your consultation.

Once you've completed your Consultation you will be able to choose which Option is right for you depending on how many times you wish to train with me.
Once you've signed up you will be taken straight to my app to set up registration and then invited into the Private Facebook Academy.
Decide how many training sessions a week that you want to work with me, and I will send you the link to sign up and complete the training app registration.
I will send you a lifestyle questionnaire so I can find out more about you, the goals that you want to achieve and time you have to train.
I will create a program based on all the information I have gathered from your consultation, questionnaire and training history.
Once we have agreed on your time slots each week you can get started! Don't forget you have full access to me to ask any questions every step of the way!
